THE WATER PROJECT AND IMPACT OF 236 BOREHOLES CONSTRUCTS BY MALAMI ACROSS 21 LOCAL GOVERNMENTS IN KEBBI STATE.

Since the creation of Kebbi State on 27th August, 1991 no single individual has ever used his hard earned resources to touch lives in all the 21 local governments and 225 council wards in the state via multifaceted initiatives but Abubakar Malami, SAN.
For a single individual or even the federal government to sinked over 236 boreholes such gesture deserves to be commended and appreciated.
Among the beneficiaries of this unprecedented humanitarian services were the UNGUWAR LADAN community which for decades looking for government or someone to drill one boreholes for them, but prove abortive until the assistance of Abubakar Malami came their way.
These is the words of UNGUWAR LADAN community leader:
” For the past 70 years we have made several appeal to various governments and individuals to assist and drill a borehole for us but nobody give us a listening ear, till now God send us ABUBAKAR MALAMI and grant our request by drilling a borehole for us; we have no words to express our appreciation to him except with prayer of long live and prosperity, may ALLAH GRANT ALL THE REQUEST OF ABUBAKAR MALAMI in the world and hereafter” Said the community leader of Unguwar Ladan one of the 236 communities benefited from Malami’s free boreholes programme.
So far we have seen 6 indelible HUMAN DEVELOPEMENT legacies of Abubakar Malami all over Kebbi State:
1- Yauri Emirate: HYPPADEC
2- Zuru Emirate: FUA, Zuru
3- Argungu Emirate: LAW SCHOOL CAMPUS
4- Gwandu Emirate: Educational Institutions and Media outfits
5- Facilitated the engagement of Hundred of Youths in the Federal Civil Service.
6- Drilled 236 boreholes free of charge across 225 wards in Kebbi State.
